Complaint:
Approved a $1500 credit line, after about a year reduced to $500 because of "Too many recently opened retail accounts" and " Too many delinquent accounts". I sent them current credit reports disputing their accusations, and made numerous calls to them. After 9 months of no responses at all, I am ready to stop paying and suffer the consequences.
I did have a bankruptcy in 2000, but they approved me in 2005 despite it. I was paying my bill in full every month and have paid everything else on time for years.

Complaint:
I had a minimal balance on my Target card.  Minimal being about $8.00.  I never received a statement from them for over a year and then received a statement of over $1300.  When contacted they said that this balance was due to interest and late fees.  They were sent $500 immediatly and then in the mail we got a statement that we owe them $1974.81!!!!!!!Is this legal?
