Complaint: Plains Commerce Bank likes to call your cell phone @ 6:30 in the morning and then rotate the calls between the house phone and the cell phone all day long. they average about nine calls a day to your house and alternative #'s. I put in a complaint with the FTC and they told me that they could not help me since the company has "bank" in its name.
