Complaint:
Harris Bank - I sent them a pay-off amount check via certified mail.  I have the receipt that shows they received the check but they have "lost" it.  Since the check is from a mortgage company I have to jump thru all these hoops to show that I paid - like producing the front and back of the check when they have the check!  This is not the first time they have done this to me.

DO NOT GET A CREDIT CARD FROM HARRIS BANK - they will never let you go!
