Who Cares not GM Card
Complaint: I AM SIGHT IMPAIRED AND THE VERY HELPFUL STAFF AT GM TOLD ME I
COULD HAVE MY STATEMENT ENLARGED, THIS GAVE ME TOTAL INDEPENDENCE, BUT IT
COMES AT A PRICE. GM HAVE BEEN SENDING MY STATEMENTS TO BE TRANSCRIBED INTO
LARGE PRINT FOR A LONG TIME NOW. THE COMPANY THAT DEALS WITH MY PERSONAL
ACCOUNT HAVE BEEN VERY GOOD, UNTIL LAST MONTH I GOT MY ENLARGED STATEMENT ON
TUESDAY 20TH OF JANUARY. A PAYMENT WAS PAID BY MY PARTNER ON THURSDAY 22ND
OF JANUARY. THIS MONTH I GOT ANOTHER STATEMENT VIA THE TRANSCRIBER AND GUESS
WHAT I HAVE BEEN CHARGED £25.00 FOR A LATE PAYMENT. I HAVE ALWAYS PAID
WITHIN THE PAYMENT DATE REQUIRED, BY CASH THROUGH THE BANK. I CANNOT ACCESS
THE GM WEB PAGE, NOR CAN I RING THEM UNLESS SOMEONE DOES IT FOR ME (JUST IN
CASE YOUR WONDERING I CAN TOUCH TYPE). GM ORIGINALLY SET UP THIS SERVICE FOR
ME AND NOW BECAUSE THE TRANSCRIBER WAS LATE FOR WHAT EVER REASON I HAVE BEEN
PENALISED FOR BEING DISABLED. I HAVE SPOKEN TO GM WHO HAVE CHECKED MY
PAYMENT RECORD, !
THEY ARE WILLING TO WAIVER HALF OF THE £25.00, THEY HAVE SAID I SHOULD HAVE
RANG THEM TO CHECK MY STATEMENT I DID EXPLAIN THAT I AM UNABLE TO USE THE
TELEPHONE BY MYSELF, BUT BECAUSE OF CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND MY CONTROL I HAVE
PAID A VERY HEAVY PRICE FOR BEING SIGHT IMPAIRED. I CAN NOT EXPRESS HOW I
FEEL GM HAVE HUMILIATED ME BY BRANDING ME A LATE PAYEE, THEY HAVE TAKEN AWAY
MY INDEPENDANCE BECAUSE I CANNOT TRUST THE TRANSCRIBER TO SEND MY STATEMENT
WITH IN THE PAYMENT DATE SO I HAVE CANCELLED THIS SERVICE, THIS MEANS I WILL
HAVE TO RELY ON OTHER PEOPLE TO DO MY READING FOR ME I HAVE LEARNED A VERY
HARD LESSON NOT TO TRUST GM CARD BECAUSE THEY WILL CHARGE ME FOR THE
PRIVILEGE OF BEING SIGHT-IMPAIRED AND ALSO FOR NOT BEING ABLE TO ACCESS
THEIR SERVICES BECAUSE OF MY DISABILITY I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF GM CARD
FOR OVER SIX YEARS THEY CAN HAVE THE TOTAL AMOUNT IN FULL THIS MONTH (I GOT
THE CARD ORIGINALLY BECAUSE WE HAD A BRAND NEW CAR AND IF WE SIGNED UP FOR
THE GM CARD WE COUL!
D EARN POINTS TOWARDS A NEW CAR (WHAT IS SO FUNNY IS WE HAVE HAD THREE BRAND
NEW CARS ALTHOGTHER AND I DO NOT HAVE A CLUE ON HOW TO ACCESS THE POINTS I
HAVE ACCUMULATED!)SO IF MY PARTNER SUGGEST ANOTHER GENERAL MOTORS CAR I WILL
TELL HIM WHERE TO STUFF IT AND YES PREFERABLY SIDEWAYS!

Complaint: HI, HOPE THIS BRINGS HELP TO ALL THAT ARE LOOKING FOR A GOOD
CREDIT CARD.DO NOT PICK GM THEY ARE UNCAREING AND THEY WILL TELL YOU MANY

FEES BECAUSE OF BEING ON DISABLITY AND I WAS WAITING FOR MONEY. I WAS
THINKING OF DOING A SETTLEMENT WITH GM BUT IT WOULD SHOW IT AS A SETTLEMENT
ON MY CREDIT REPORT. SO WHEN I GOT THE MONEY I PAID IT AND SAID THAT I DIDNT
WANT TO DO THE SETTLEMENT BUT CAN YOU WAVE ANY FEES. THEY SAID THEY COULD
WAVE SOME FEES AND THEY ALSO SAID IT WOULD BE $15 FEE TO PAY OVER THE PHONE
EVEN THOUGH I WAS PAYING IT OFF IN FULL, SO I WAS TOLD. I HAVE MANY NAMES TO
WHOM I TALKED TO AND AS IT WAS I GOT A BILL AND THEY PUT THE FEES ON THAT
THEY SAID THEY COULD WAVE. I CALLED ON THIS AND THEY HAD PUT IT AS A
SETTLEMENT FOR THIS S!
MALL AMOUNT OF WAVED FEES. "ISNT THAT A JOKE" AND THEY SAID THAT THEY CAN
NOT WAVE ANY FEES AND THERE IS ANOTHER LIE FROM THEM.SO AS IT IS THEY LIED
AGAIN. AGAIN AND AGAIN. AND THEY ALSO SAID WE CAN SET UP A PAYMENT AGREEMENT
AND HAVE IT TAKEN OUT OF YOUR CHECKING AND THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD TALK TO
ME TO MAKE SURE THE FUNDS WOULD BE THERE. AND IT NEVER HAPPENED AND I DIDNT
GET THE FUNDS IN ON TIME SO I HAD TO PAY FOR A STOP PAYMENT BECAUSE THEY
SAID THEY COULDNT STOP THE TRASACTION FROM TAKEN PLACE AFTER IT HAD ALREADY
BEEN DONE. BUT THAT WAS A LIE CAUSE I CALLED THE SAME DAY THIS WAS TO
HAPPEN. THEY HAVE LIED SO MANY TIMES I LOST COUNT AND THEY DONT CARE ABOUT
US AS THE CREDIT CARD HOLDER THEY ARE IN IT FOR THE MONEY.AND THE SAD THING
TO THIS MAKES GM AS A CAR DEALER SHIP LOOK BAD TOO. SO THEY MAY WANT TO LOOK
INTO HOW THEY DO THINGS AND RETHINK. PLEASE LOOK TO OTHER CREDIT CARDS, THIS
ONE IS NOT GOOD EVEN IF YOU GET MONEY TOWARDS A CAR THERE ARE CATCHS WITH

Regarding the GM Card:
Disgusting unfair policies...they will STEAL your money. This is the WORST
credit card I have ever had.
Having just started a new business of my own, I was needing quite a bit of
credit. I have about 4 credit cards (including GM) with high balances.
However, I have NEVER made a late payment on ANY credit card, and never paid
less than the minimum.
Because my balances were high (and ONLY because of that), GM decided that
they would raise my rate (which was previously about 11.9%) to 23% on
purchases I had ALREADY made.
I spoke with the executive offices and wrote a letter. They refused to
change my rate back even though I had never made a late payment.
NONE of my other credit cards saw the need to do this. ONLY GM. As far as
I'm concerned, they are STEALING MY MONEY.
Stay far away from these crooks. This is THE WORST CARD you can get. |

We signed up for zero percent balance transfer for approx $7000. We did not
receive a bill in January. GM called and we payed over the phone. We were
told that this would take care of everything and specifically that our rate
would remain at zero.
We receive the next statement and we have been charged $79 finance charge
and interest rate of 15.24%. We immediately called and told them what
happened. We had been told that zero percent is removed when one habitually
or has a pattern of being late. Geez, I dont get a statement, I pay
immediately upon a phone call, am assured all is well and BAM...
They refuse to correct this. They offered 2.99% but we would have to pay
the finance charge. I am paying off the card minus the finance charge.
SCREW GM. I will never buy a GM car because of these BAST**DS. |

Complaint:
Beware! GM Card will charge you a $79.99 Privacy Guard without your
knowledge or consent. Sister just found the charge on her bill and we called
and they said she agreed to it back in 2002 (3 years ago). She did not agree
to it and we had them take it off the charge.
Watch these people. They put charges on your card that you didn't agree to. |

Complaint:
I am a college Jr. and very rarely use my credit card. I had 3 credit cards
at one time, but canceled the other 2 & kept my GM card becuase of the
points toward a new car. I paid off one card and have a small balance(under
$500) on the other. I went to Europe for fall semester & used my GM card. It
had a $1000 limit on it. I have had this card for 3 1/2 years & never been
late on a payment and as I said, rarely used it.
While in Europe, GM card raised my limit to $2000. My interst rate was
13.9%. I was glad for the increase as I did some traveling through Europe I
would not have been able to afford with my limited cash reserve. When I came
home my balance was a little over $1600. In Feb & March, I received "checks"
from them telling me what a good customer I was & how I should transfer any
balances I had or use them like cash. Boy, am I glad I ripped them up.
In April, I receive a letter saying they are raising my interest rate to
23.9%. I call assuming this is a mistake & they tell me no, the risk dept
has flagged my card. Now, I just leased a new GM car in my own name, no
problem in March, with payments lower than the lease I turned in & all of a
sudden my creidt card determines I'm a risk. There excuse was because my
balance wasn't going down fast enough. I asked her if she thought it would
be going down faster raising the interest rate? She was a total witch, told
me she was the ass't to the president & she refused to lower it and nothing
I could do.
Now of course I'm going to pay it off in the next few months and cancel the
card, but it stinks because I just wanted to keep one card and I really
wanted the points because I wanted to purchase a new car when I got out of
grad school & this lease was up in three years.
They can really stick it to you. If you're such a risk, why raise your
limit, send convenience checks and tell you what a great customer you are
one month before. What a racket!!

Complaint_against: The GM Card
Complaint:
I inadvertently put my rent check of over $1,ooo in my GM card payment
envelope. My landlady informed me that she received the GM Card check.
Unfortunately, the mail had been sent. I immediately wrote The GM Card with
a proper payment along with instructions to cancel the rent check. After
not having received a response from GM Card, I called their customer service
number.
I spoke to Anthony who advised me that the matter would be taken care of.
Shortly thereafter, I received a form letter which inquired about the nature
of my complaint. I did not respond assuming Anthony had the matter under
control. Mistake Number 1.
After not hearing anything further, I again called customer service and
spoke to Mary, who after a considerable time on the phone politely informed
payment would be sent within 10 days. Mistake Number 2.
Shortly after speaking to Mary, I again received a dumb form letter asking
whether or not I wanted a refund.
Another call to customer service and a conversation with Clorissa. After
numerous delays Clarissa turned me over to her supervisor, Christina.
I again had to repeat the whole scenario with Christina, who apoliged that
Mary had given me a commitment that my money would be returned in ten days.
The best that she offered was five business days.
At this point I indicated it was baloney, baloney and demanded a wire
transfer to my bank.
I explained that if I cashed a third party check, I could be subject to
criminal prosecution. Further, I could be subject to severe financial
penalties for not refunding on a timely basis. In addition, I stated the
check was not made payable to The GM Card, that my statement showed a
payment of $100, whereas, the amount enclosed was in excess of $1000.
Christina parroted the same response as the other customer service reps,
which was that their payment system was completely automated and all checks
are accepted on their face amount without exception.
Christina held to her commitment of a refund within five business. She
further stated the error was my doing and terminated the conversation.
Perhaps, I will receive another dumb form letter asking me for another
chance to decide whether or not I really want a refund of my own money.

Complaint_against: GM Mastercard and Household Bank
Complaint:
Back in January, I sent GM Mastercard an e-mail asking them for help in
lowering my payments because I work part-time and don't make much money. I
did everything they told me to do and they did nothing. Their parent
company, starting in May, told me that I am on their hardship program and
that they sent me a letter on April 26, but I have yet to get a letter from
them confirming anything they say. I keep getting letters that say I owe
money, but nothing that says that I am on the hardship program and I keep
getting phone calls from them demanding money and they also keep telling me
that I am on their program. Has anyone else had problems with GM Mastercard
and Household scamming them in this way.

Complaint:
GM said that they did not receive my April payment. They charged a late
fee and raised my interest rate from 0% TO 7.9%. They did waive the late
fee, but would not change the interest rate back to 0%.
I paid off the principle immediately and will not pay the interest. My
credit rating is near 800 and I can weather the 7 years this will be on my
credit report.
Has anybody out there had a payment to GM Card "lost in the mail"? I
find it suspicious that out of the last several hundred checks that I have
mailed, THIS one was lost. I suspect GM (or Household) lost it. |

Complaint:
After being a loyal GM card user for the past 13 years, I am ready to close
the account. I have noticed a change with their billing procedures since
the first of this year and I am becoming frustrated. It is reaching the
point where it may be necessary to send all payments by registered mail to
insure that they cannot levy a late fee or interest charges.
After 13 years of paying the bill in full every month and never paying
finance charges, it seems that I have been finding additional charges and
penalties on my bill each month starting this past January, although I
continued to pay my bill in full each month. My January payment was posted
over 2 weeks after I sent it. In the past it would be posted within 2 days
and it is still being sent to the same service center, located within one
days Post.
The first 12 years that I used this card I had only needed to contact their
customer service people on rare occasion such as when I needed a card
replacement or help redeeming points with the purchase of new vehicles. Now
we are in contact every few weeks.
To top it off, they notified me that they opened a new account (with
additional benefits that I am not interested in) and transferred all of this
months transactions to the new account while I have other transactions
pending. This after I contacted them and they assured me that I could keep
my existing account and not activate the new account if I so desired.
I've had enough. After I pay off this months bill I'll be cutting up the
cards. It's a shame, too, since I'd been accruing points towards the
purchase of a new Cadillac STS. GM points had paid the tax and license on
two new vehicle purchases in the past few years. It's not worth the
aggravation. I've started looking at new Volvos and Audis, instead. |

Complaint:
I am very upset that GM has reneged on its agreement with me. For 12
years, I have patiently followed the company's rules allowing me to earn
credits toward the purchase of a new GM card. Now that I have almost earned
the max - $3,500 - they have just changed the rules limiting me to $1,000.
I deeply regret all the time and money I have invested in this agreement.
The only reason I signed up for this type of card was because I wanted to
use it the way GM promised. It is very disappointing that they are
breaking their promise now that I am close to my goal.
Don't buy their cars and don't use this card. GM can't be trusted to stand
by their promises. |

Complaint:
Last month they sent me a new card with expanded services and a new account
number. It had not been requested and I shredded it. When the monthly
statement came it had the new account number on it and when I called
customer service they gave me a sales pitch on the many new benefits the new
card had. I told them I didn't ask for, nor did I want the new card and to
change it back to my old account number.
What were the idiots thinking ? Why would a person want to change their
account number ? How would they like it if ATT called them up and said
" Hi, we are changing your telephone number and giving you some new
benefits, and by the way it is just what you need" .
The second month the statement still had the new account number on it and I
called again. I went through the same thing tha happend on the first call so
I told them I would nevwr use the new account and when It expired I would be
getting another card from someone else. Fork em. |

Complaint:
Used the web site to make a payment, added my checking account, the pull
down defaulted to the first account which had't the funds, so of course I
had a Insuficant funds, I call GM told them to stop , they cann't so they
resumitted the check anoth ISF charge. I cancel my on-line but it did stop
them from resumitting it again- would they waive the charge no, they at
first said there would be only one charge- but they would be truthful. I am
cancelining my card with 2400 on it to Hell with GM! Buy Ford or a Dodge. |

Complaint: what a joke. canceled 2 years ago because they could not get my
bills to my po box. all bills ( about 8) showed up around 3 monthslater.in
one envelope after i canceled card, was tired of calling them and arguing
about late fees when i could not get my bills delivered to my po box. so i
decided to try them again for gm points, what a joke, didnt get my check
,all checks i mailed were recieved but the one i mailed gm card<<huh. so i
pay on the phone with a check no. and call the bank to cancel other check
and what ya know it has already been proceesed . it went through at mjdnight
right after my phone deal was done just before deadline on acount seems very
strange to me.the last chevy i owned 2005 truck leaked air so bad you needed
a blanket to ride in it when it was cold ,and had to yell to talk at 65 mph
so screw them i am done .dodge for me, |

Complaint: I have excellent credit and back in February it was time to
transfer my balance as I keep a 0% interest rate going. I received an offer
from GM and tried to apply on-line, I received an error message at the end
of applying that told me that the system could not approve app. at that I
needed to call instead. So I called and went through the application
process again, at the end of this call I was told that I was denied and that
she was sorry but could not give me a reason. So I went on to the next
company (Bank of America) whom have been great to deal with and completed my
balance transfer. One month later I get a notice saying that GM went ahead
and did a transfer on a balance that was no longer there. When I called to
explain this they were shrewd and basically told me too bad and that I would
also have to pay the $100 dollar transfer fee! I would never apply for a
transfer with fee in the first place. This was not only an unaurhorized
transfer is was not !
even for the original offer considered. Their crooks and after reading all
the above complaints can't believe they are still in business. I'm also
writing the CEO of GM and reporting to the BBB. |

Complaint_against: GM Card
Complaint:
Received my billing statement for April 2007. Payment due date is on Sunday
May 6th, 2007. Went online, Fri May 4th to make an electronic payment.
Post date for every other day except Fri and Sat is the following day if
posted before 4:00PM Eastern. I tried to make the payment so I would not be
hit with a late charge but the only options are a $15.00 check by mail or a
$15.00 rush payment.
So my complaints/questions are:
1) Why can they have a billing due date on Sunday but be able to take a
payment on Sunday?
2) Why is the only way to make a payment on a weekend billing date is
through a rush or check by phone payment that has an additional charge? 3)
Why can't they accept a payment the following day if it falls on a Sat or
Sun.It doesn't seem fair that they can close the billing cycle on a Sunday
but not accept a payment unless I pay an additional charge. |

I transferred a balance to GM card, using the 4.99% for the life of the
loan. Two months pass, I go to the website to make a payment and I notice
the monthly minimun is almost three times more than previously. SICK, i
check to make sure I didn't miss last months payment. NO, they had raised
the interest rate to 32.9%. I immediately call, and someone, who I could
barely understand, repeats over and over again that it is a business
decision and no he didn't have a supervisor I could speak with. Finally he
does have a supervisor and she repeats the part about a business decision
and GM raises these rates to encourage people to send in larger monthly
payments!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?
By that time I've lost my mind and this causes my husband to come running
into the room. He calls GM and gets another woman who admits it was a
mistake and it would be taken care. What if he hadn't called again?
We pay way above the minimum every month. The month this happened, I had
signed up for automatic monthly payments to keep from ever making a mistake
and ending up with that awful interest rate. Was this a coincidence or did
GM just try to sneak one in on us?
Well folks it doesn't end there. I opened the bill this morning and what
rate do I see? 19.9%. Of course I called and she politely explains they
made a mistake and it would be taken care of, but don't be surprised if it
doesn't show up next month......could take up to two months to get it
changed over. BUT, they would refund all fees charged over the 4.9% Yeah,
will see. SO I have marked those dates on the calendar so I won't forget
and I'm spreading the word! Sue |

Complaint: Well, GM has screwed me with the interest rate. I was at 16% and
when I got married I had my name changed. At that time they raised my
interest rate to 33%. What a joke. I will never buy a GM product and will

after my promotional rate ran out hsbc/GM card raised my interest rate to
34.24 % I called them and was told there were no other options for me at
this time, I called a few months later and was told because after a credit
report indicated that I had a high debt ratio and this put me in a high risk
class I have had and used my card for over 5 years and have never
missed a payment although I have been late a few times. I feel this is
unfair and I am being taken advantage of by hsbc all my credit cards
and bills are paid on time

THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!!!
In February, responding to a mail offer from GM Card, I negotiated a balance
transfer of $7,800 @2.9%, $150max., until paid on the telephone. I was
shocked to observe on the internet a few days latter that the transfer had
posted @ 30.24% with an over limit fee added. After several phone calls and
two letters over the past months, they still refuse to change anything.
Unwittingly, I continued to to pay the outrageous interest rate believing
that GM Card would eventually make the correction. They did not, and I have
only received one form letter that simply denighed my claim.
I finally realized what kind of organization that I was dealing with and
made a balance transfer of $7000 from GM Card to another Credit Card
company. This company sent GM Card a payment of $7000 on June 28th and GM
Card still has not credited it to my account as of today, August 2nd.They
are holding out for another 30.24% gouging!!! |

Beware of HSBC - GM Card
In an effort to pay off a high interest rate credit card, I applied for a GM
credit card online. The incentives for the GM credit card were extremely
appealing. I received an online message that my application was approved,
however, I was not informed of the approved credit line, interest rate or
any details related to the approved credit card with HSBC / GM. During the
application process, I also indicated that based on the amount that I
requested, I submitted information to request a balance transfer for the
full amount of the other high interest credit card. Several days later I
received the GM credit card in the mail with detail account information. To
my surprise, I applied for a credit line for several thousand dollars to pay
off the high interest credit card balance and I was approved for a credit
line of a few hundred dollars and a higher interest rate. Once I learned of
this deception, I did not activate the card and immediately called HSBC to
cancel the card!
. I notified the representative that I do not accept the card or the terms
of the card. I also informed HSBC to cancel the card and any balance
transfer. In short, I made several requests to close the account and
insisted on a confirmation that the account was closed on the 25th of the
month. They indicated that the account was closed, however, they refuse to
cancel the balance transfer. I called them every day after the 25th of the
month to request to cancel the balance transfer. I reminded them that I did
not activate the card and that the account is closed. In addition, I sent
an email to confirm my request to cancel the balance transfer. During the
next month, on June 4, 2007, they submitted a balance transfer for most of
the entire credit line. This account was closed on May 25, 2007 and they
paid a balance transfer from a closed account. I am now being billed for
unauthorized charges from HSBC. At this point, HSBC has added interest and
additional charges. I!
n addition, the balance transfer that I requested several times to cancel
was applied to my high interest credit card account with another company and
basically went to pay only the interest for the month. This is greed and
needs to be stopped. I am fighting HSBC to the end. I have filed
complaints with the FRS, FTC, Michigan Attorney General Office, BBB and I an
charging them with damages. In addition, I have been a loyal GM customer
and purchased a new vehicle approximately every three years. I will never
purchased another GM vehicle or do business with any GM company or HSBC
bank. They have loss a loyal GM customer over greed. Shame on GM and
HSBC. |

Complaint_against: GM Credit Card
Complaint: I mailed payments for 4 credit cards on the save day. Three
accounts posted right away but the 4th (The GM card) still has not posted.
I'm appalled at their practices. I paid the full amount. I called to get
the amount owned after I sent the check. They gave me the amount and the
next day I called and the amount was $30 more (charged for a late fee after
called them for a 5 day extension) They are awful. Never experienced such
bad business practices EVER! |

Complaint_against: GM CARD
Complaint:
I accepted a GM CARD in 2003 with an introductory APR of 4.6% on purchases.
I have NEVER been late with this card or any of my other creditors. On the
terms and conditions it states that they can change your APR at any time for
any reason. Last year I paid it off and a month later, for whatever reason,
my APR went up to 32.9%. Does this make any sense? Never late with a
payment and now a zero balance, I think this "valued customer" deserves an
APR hike just because we feel like it. GM Card's definition of "valued
customer" is obviously different than my definition. Congress needs to step
up to the plate and regulate this industry. I am a vicitm of their abusive
practices, I truly do not deserve this kind of treatment when I have good
credit.
I really need to send ALL of these complaints to my congressman, I am not
happy that congress has not done anything about this since they had the
hearings in March 2007. |

Complaint:
Have had a GM card for over eight years with a credit line of $14,000 and
never have been late on a single payment. I had a balance of just over
$11,000 when I received a notice that my interest rate was being jacked up
to 32.99% and to mail in a letter "opt out" if I did not agree with this
change. I mailed the letter and paid off the balance in full simultaneously.
The next letter I received stated that my opt out letter had been received
too late (that was a lie, it was mailed two weeks prior to their deadline)
and then I received another letter stating I should ignore the previous
letter and they were now accepting my opt out and the interest rate would
not change. Then they closed the account. They are able to legally steal the
$1900 in existing credits I have presently earned toward a GM vehicle
purchase. The credit card industry gave $8 million to politicians last year
and they definitely have received their money's worth. We can proudly state
that we have the best politicians that money can buy. |

Complaint:
In looking at the Feb08 statement I noticed a interest rate of 30%. As a top
tier credit score individual I thought this was a mistake and called and
spoke to a nice but unhelpful India call center and was transfered back to
the US to be told a payment was received one day late(New Years Holiday)
So after 7 years of on time payments I was a high risk(I do not carry a
balance). After this less then plesent experience I wrote a check and will
never do business with GM again. I have to buy a new car in a month and will
not buy GM or ever use a GMAC service again |
