Complaint_against: Exxon Mobil Master Card
Complaint:
I have the card for two months, and have never received any statement. Out
of curiocity, I checked online, and found a misterious $40 late charge and
$5 financial charge. SO I called the customer service. I was told the late
fee could be credited, but the financial charge can not. So I think "ok,
let's get this over with". The service lady also "kindly" offered to take
my payment over the phone.....why not....so I did. Couple of days
later....BAM....a "speedy serivice fee" of $15 apprease on my card. "What
the hell!" So I called again to complain. I was told " sorry, can't do
anything about it. this is out policy"....Nobody ever told me anything about
this "pay over the phone charge", not even the lady who offered me this
service.
This really rediculous. I am cancelling this card....and want to warn anyone
who has this card or plan to apply for this card - don't be fooled by the
cash rebate. You will end up paying a lot more than the "cash rebate" for
their non-existant "services"!! |
